Corrupted files cannot be opened with their designated applications, and their contents remain hidden from the examiner. OfficeRecovery suite solves the problem by extracting data from corrupted files.

23 different file types are supported, including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Please see full list of supported file types below.

OfficeRecovery 2013 Ultimate integrates seamlessly with your EnCase installation. It was successfully tested with EnCase versions 7.05 and 6.18. To set up, launch the OfficeRecovery EnPack, and the suite will be installed on your system.

To repair files, mark them in the EnCase evidence browser, then click OfficeRecovery from the EnScript menu or its button on the toolbar. The selected file(s) will be processed and the results of recovery saved into selected location for review and analysis.
