Description


This EnScript searches the user-nominated pre-Vista event log files (*.evt) to check if they are flagged as dirty.

If this proves to the case the floating-header will be located using the byte-pattern 0x11111111 22222222 33333333 44444444. The data from that header will be written in place of the dirty file header, the dirty flag will be reset to 0x00, and the files copied to the nominated export folder.

If an event-log file is determined not to be dirty then the file will be copied to the export folder as-is.
