This certification exam is designed to verify your competence in using Service Management Studio for defining and managing application workflows, configuring and customizing the Service Portal, designing catalog offerings and service level targets, managing assets and business services using Native SACM, and leveraging intelligent automation features such as the Smart Virtual Agent and Smart Analytics.
