Hornbill Collaboration and Service Manager integration content pack for HPE Operations Orchestration 10.50+.
The Hornbill Integration Content Pack includes a number of flows to enable OO integration and interaction with a Hornbill instance:
- Raise new Incidents in Service Manager on your Hornbill instance;
- Retrieve information about existing Service Manager requests;
- Manage existing Service Manager requests (update, resolve, close);
- Manage users, contacts and workspaces;
- Interact with the collaboration features of the Hornbill platform.
Installation
- Extract the release ZIP archive and import the content pack file in to Operations Orchestration;
- Define your Hornbill Instance, Instance Zone and API Key within the relevant System Properties.
