what's New:
MP for Microsoft365 2022.02 release uses the Microsoft Graph API for discovering and monitoring the health of Microsoft365 services
Forward advisories to OBM
An advisory is a service issue that is typically limited in scope or impact. From this release, the latest information on advisories will be forwarded as events to OBM
Performance dashboard - Microsoft365: Service Health Summary
This release introduces a new performance dashboard Microsoft365: Service Health Summary, where you can see the health status of all the services of the tenant. If there are no incidents or advisories for a service then the status of that service is shown as healthy. Else, the IDs of the incidents and advisories are listed for that service.
Policy template Microsoft365_Service_Health_Issue_Receiver
This policy creates a listener for events coming from the MP_O365_ServiceHealthMonitor application running on the agent node. These events contain the latest message from every incident and advisory on the Microsoft365 services. This is an Event from REST web service policy type.
Note: Events will be forwarded only for active incidents or advisories. When an incident or advisory is closed, the associated event will also be closed from the event perspective.
Performance improvement
In this release, the number of REST API calls for monitoring service health is reduced by 50%.
