The OMi Integration Pack for Service Anywhere enables you to automatically open incidents in Service Anywhere when relevant alerts are triggered in Business Service Management (BSM).
This integration enables you to configure specific CI Status alerts, SLA alerts, or EUM alerts in BSM to automatically open a corresponding incident in Service Anywhere.
Alerts are mapped to events using the Event Template, so that each triggered alert forwards a corresponding event to OMi. The OMi Event management console determines which events should generate incidents and be added to an ITSM process to resolve the incident and alert agents and end users.

This update supports Service Anywhere when used with OMi.
This revision includes the following improvements:
The 9.2x groovy script has improved processing of OMi properties being inserted into Service Anywhere comment/discussions. Previously, there was potential for a loop which could cause out of memory errors in the BSM opr scripting host. The comment splitting has also been enhanced to take advantage of larger comment size now allowed in Service Anywhere.
The 10.x groovy script has been enhanced to allow for OMi to SAW communication via a proxy server.
The groovy scripts are not compatible between OMi 9.2x and 10.x. Please use the correct groovy script for your OMi installation.
