OpenText Community Content is provided by OpenText for the benefit of customers, support for it is not available via OpenText Software Support but through specific community content forums.
Community Contributed Content is provided by OpenText customers and supported by them.
The UDC for Eclipse is no longer supported. It has not been tested since UCMDB 11.x and some users have reported that it cannot work with 11.x.
A new UDC, for IntelliJ, was released to the IntelliJ plugin website. You can find the instructions from here https://docs.microfocus.com/UCMDB/UDCplugin/Content/Udc_plugin.htm
