This Recruitment app was developed based on the needs of a HR department where they were finding it difficult to manage a heavy recruitment period with multiple vacancies and candidates. Historically this process was managed using Excel and emails and was susceptible to error where Managers were not kept informed of progress or when interviews were scheduled and who would be conducting the interviews, etc, etc
