You can integrate Service Management Automation X (SMAX) or Hybrid Cloud Management X (HCMX) with Okta through our built-in integration framework. This allows Okta Groups and Group Members (Users) to be added to SMAX/HCMX as SAML users.
The content of the package provides an example integration with Okta using Rest API calls to query Okta Groups, filtered by name, and add the Okta Groups and Group Membership to SMAX.
This integration has the following three scenarios within the Integration Engine Integration.
NOTE: It is a prerequisite to configure SAML authentication for SMAX/HCMX for Okta.
