You can now integrate SMAX with a Microsoft Teams app using a bot. The bot and bot logic is hosted in the SMAX Integration Studio.
After importing the Microsoft Teams app into Teams and set up the integration in the Integration Studio users can connect with the SMAX virtual agent or the Service Desk directly from Microsoft Teams.

This package offers Aviator icons and Aviator chatbot icons. If you've enabled Aviator in your environment, you can utilize these icons by uploading them to your Microsoft Teams Bot settings.
This package provides the Microsoft Teams app to import into the developer portal of Microsoft Teams. This package will enable you to connect the imported app and the bot with the bot endpoint in the SMAX Integration Studio. The bot endpoint templates are provided in SMAX Integration Studio out-of-the-box.
