The Evolving to SMAX package will help customers to import data into SMAX from Service Manager directly or import data from other data sources by using CSV files as source for the import.
The package includes scripts to import data into several SMAX entities. Each script is designed to import data directly from Service Manager or from CSV. For CSV import a set of example data is included to test the import easily.
The documentation for this package contains a detailed description for every entity in scope on how the import works and if any special considerations are required to import data into that SMAX entity.
