This application was designed and built as part of the Micro Focus Application Challenge held during July 2020. The purpose of this application is to track & manage various enablement activities, including formal training, informal training, self-paced training and or any certifications. Employees as part of their employment needs to participate in enablement activities, these can typically include:
The employee subsequently needs to provide evidence of this as well as provide a certificate of attendance, certificate of completion or any certification / accreditation attach it. This provides a view to an employees' line manager as well as to the departments' HR representative of these activities and as a result report on these.
