OVERVIEW

OMI2SUMMIT is a bidirectional connector between Monitoring Tool OBM/OMI & ITSM based tool SUMMIT.

APPROACH

OBM/OMi is a universal event-correlation software that uses IT topology to automatically correlate related events for quicker and easier root-cause identification. Whenever any alert will generate at OBM/OMi, a ticket will automatically open at SUMMIT for the respective event. This integration possess the following steps:

  • Connects with OMi/OBM Database and extracts events details
  • Opens Incident at Summit against the respective events via REST based webservices.
  • Reverts the Incident number to OBM/OMI REST based webservices .

COMPATIBILITY

  • Connector compatability with Windows Operating System
  • Available for Postgres Database

SYNTAX

First Time Run (Creates Configiration YAML files)

OMI2SUMMIT.exe -f firstrun

Normal Run

OMI2SUMMIT.exe -l normalrun
