Description

Operations Bridge Bot has been designed for Operations Bridge users to collaborate with suite capabilities (OMi, OBR, Sitescope and OO). You can use the bot to exchange information, trigger actions, and automate manual tasks in a simpler, rapid, and more efficient manner. The Bot works with Slack, Mattermost and MS Teams.

You can install and configure OpsBridge Bot to:

  • Receive group-specific events in the relevant chat room.
  • Allow authorized users to trigger actions to troubleshoot and fix issues.
  • Request for reports.
  • Escalate events to a ticketing system
  • Search, Run, Enable, Disable Sitescope monitors
  • Work with OO flows and monitor executions
