Description

The Todo Queue application is designed to enhance the employee’s work environment by providing a one-stop-shop for all open tickets at a glance. The current instance of this application is prepared to group Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests, and Tasks. Note, for tasks, the Todo Queue will only store “Manual” tasks at this point (not Approval or Automated tasks). The Todo Queue application can easily be extended to encompass additional modules and custom applications created in SMAX.

The feature seems very interesting but the import fails (SMAX 2021.11) due to the following error> "WISTodoQueue_c-new - Resource validation failed: The field "TicketURL_c" is not defined in the entitys metadata"

Hello Lorenzo, Apologies that you had issues importing this application. I just imported the Todo queue into 2021.11 in our lab environment and it imported successfully. Please be sure this option is set in the tenant application settings before you import the todo queue ... I think this is what your issue is... "Manual Configuration to be Done Before Importing the Todo Queue Package To ensure the Package successfully deploys when cross entity links are part of the Package, ensure the flag “Enable custom entity link to support OOTB entities” is activated in the Application Settings."
