The Todo Queue application is designed to enhance the employee’s work environment by providing a one-stop-shop for all open tickets at a glance. The current instance of this application is prepared to group Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes, Requests, and Tasks. Note, for tasks, the Todo Queue will only store “Manual” tasks at this point (not Approval or Automated tasks). The Todo Queue application can easily be extended to encompass additional modules and custom applications created in SMAX.
