The Patient Care System is an application that helps Hospitals to track patients that have been admitted which could or have fallen. The system allows hospital admin staff to log patient details when they are admitted to the hospital. If the Patient Fell as part of the reason for admittance an alert can be sent to the Harm Free Care team to carry out an assessment on the patient to make sure the right level of care is provided while the patient is in hospital.
The system also allows the patient to book an appointment from the portal. and the treatment history can be recorded in the system.
The system also allows staff to log any falls that may occur to a patient while they are in the care of the hospital. As no patient should ever fall while in care the system can help track and understand the severity of the falls and help provide RCA reporting for the Hospital.
