What’s new

  • Enhancements were made to improve the development and customization tasks for end users, as well as for the consultants.
  • Test buttons are added to help users to identify the connection problem.
  • CI deletion is not done using delete-if-not-in-source. Before items were identified through the historical view of CIs, using delete-if-not-in-source, DINIS, eliminates problems of administrators emptying the historical view of CIs before it can be used properly.
  • The standard release mapping problem with properly accounting for computer components has been eliminated by the use of DINIS.
  • The extract queries have been more neatly formatted to be able to be understood better.
  • Many individual mappings have been expanded.
  • Data problems due to CDM changes of Remedy, 9.x have been resolved.
  • Normalization issues have been corrected, so that the normalization spreadsheet can be reviewed and modified using Excel with less effort.
  • Enabling and disabling sub-maps is now done by selected groups of sub-maps.
  • Use of the Data Pump in Remedy OnDemand environments has been incorporated to the standard Data Pump. · The serial number mapping for SCCM has been included as an additional map.
  • The serial number mapping issues of deleted computer components has been resolved by properly accounting for all computer components of the selected computers.
