The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a EU regulation that entered into force on the 16th January 2023 and will apply as of 17th January 2025. This regulation affects all financial entities, and the 3rd Party ICT Service Providers who work with the financial entities. To this end to help financial organisations who use Opentext Service Management, this application has been designed to help them provide reporting on DORA related ICT incidents.
By providing an Opentext Service Management Application that works in conjunction with the existing Incident Management module it’s possible for Financial Entities to track all the relevant Incidents and report on those Incidents to the relevant authorities. The DORA app captures all the information that is required as part of the DORA Act and provide Notification records where required to inform the relevant or affected parties. The aim of the app is to assist financial entities to track and capture the key information to be DORA compliant.

Version 1
Enhances the Incident Module and Company Module with some additional fields that need to be added manually along with Custom Actions. Once they've been added it's then possible to generate an Incident Report record which contains all the relevant fields required in each of the stages of DORA reports.
There is also a Notification record type to generate a Significate Cyber Threat notification. Again a Custom Action is used to pre-populate some of the key information held witihin the Incident Report. If other Notifications need generating it's possible to add additional custom actions to achieve the same dresired result.
